Researching the Extreme Porn Laws

Initial view is that this is an unworkable law that threatens to ruin lives on a subjective and inconsistent value judgment based on an illogical distinction. Probably also flawed logic underlying as well.
Further reference will be to look on academic work: Susan Sontag has a useful essay, and will try to dig into the story more.
Perhaps also find and interview people affected by and/or supporting the law?
